DRM is the key component for securing media and ensuring its delivery to the assigned subscriber with the service level agreements and in the correct time frames.

UTStarcom’s DRM solution provides content security over a full range of IPTV service offerings including broadcast TV, time-shifted TV, video-on-demand (VoD), TV-on-demand (TVoD), and pay-per-view (PPV). Within the UTStarcom DRM framework, content is persistently protected throughout the IPTV system and content usage rights are managed on an individual subscriber basis.

As a core component of the RollingStream® IPTV system, the UTStarcom DRM ensures secure end-to-end delivery of IPTV services. It is also an excellent choice as a standalone, flexible and scalable system that easily integrates into third-party IPTV infrastructures.

UTStarcom’s IPTV ecosystem also includes other third party DRM solutions to accommodate for service provider preferences.
