UTStarcom Services organization is dedicated to helping you bring innovative new applications and end-user services to market in a timely manner. We maintain a high-touch service model and possess a strong commitment to providing best-in-class carrier service to each of our customers.
Global Reach
In line with our “Think Global, Act Local” professional services strategy, we have established regional offices to better serve our customers. UTStarcom maintains a strong global presence, operating Networked Technical Response and Service Engineering Centers in the United States, Japan, India, China, Ireland, Mexico and Brazil. These centers have highly skilled system engineering resources ready to deliver technical and consultative support, ensuring that your networks function at maximum performance.

Each of our regions is managed by a regional service director who oversees all local operations, including customer satisfaction, staffing, partnership management, pricing, and service delivery.
