- Target audience for this course includes service provisioning, maintenance, NOC, and technical support personnel responsible for installing and performing initial setup and/or configuration of mSwitch elements, as well as responsible for mSwitch maintenance and fault correction.

- Before attending this course you should have
a working knowledge of LAN and WAN networking
concepts. A solid understanding of PSTN switches,
signaling protocols (SS7), the TCP/IP protocol
and IP addressing is highly recommended. You
should also have a solid understanding of the
SolarisT, UNIX®, and Oracle®
databases, telecommunication concepts and terminology.
Familiarity with the mSwitch platform is desirable.
