Paid Time Off
UTStarcom Inc. offers a Paid Time Off policy that provides additional days to employees who use their hard-earned time off. The plan works like this:
- Years 0-1: 20 days PTO
- Years 2-5: 22 days PTO
- Years 5-10: 25 days PTO
- Year 10+: 27 days PTO
