Internet Access Gateway/Remote Access Server

UTStarcom's core networks provide support for Personal Handyphone System Internet Access Forum Standard (PIAFS) calls up to 64kbps throughput via a PIAFS Internet Access Gateway (iAG) / Remote Access Server (RAS). The iAG/RAS platform supports multiple remote access formats, of which PIAFS is one. A maximum of 330 PIAFS calls can be simultaneously supported in a single iAG/RAS chassis. The PIAFS iAG/RAS is based on a 4U height chassis that can be deployed in a standard 19" rack-mount shelf.
