Server Air Traffic Controller (S-ATC)

The Server-based Air Traffic Controller (S-ATC) manages the network operation and subscriber database on UTStarcom Personal Access System (PAS™) networks requiring roaming (more than one Wireless Remote Terminal) and/or Personal Handyphone System Internet Access Forum Standard (PIAFS) data services. The S-ATC application software operates on redundant industry standard computers.
